IMPORTANT NOTICE TO EXISTING AND NEW USERS
The online registration system has been improved to make the process for registering WELS products easier and help reduce commonly made errors. You will see major differences in how the online application form looks, including the way in which certain information is required to be entered. The declaration that you are required to confirm at the end of the application form has also been changed.
Most complete applications can be processed within 2-3 weeks, depending on their completeness and complexity. However, if an application has to be returned to an applicant for further information, processing can take up to 6 weeks.
Important new information for registration holders for dishwasher and clothes washers
If you have previously registered a clothes washer or dishwasher for energy labelling and WELS you can use the same user name and password for WELS, otherwise you will need to sign up as a new user.
